a dove did light upon

my burnished balustrade

ivory white like fallen moon

sent from Zion

"I am Zephyr"

"I am Sophia"

"I am the breath of God"

she whispered sung songs

take hope for the imago dei

beats forth upon the world

listen as sacred heart drums orders

marshall yourself

live now as you will then

speak with Heaven’s tongue

for darkness rides the coming clouds

and all that will be bright is you

life-polished mirrror to shine the way

to the terrible wonderful day of the Lord
