Silvered crust of moon

sits silent sailing

cross the blue blue sky

lonely leaving night

to chase her love

bright gold on gold sunlight

no more the dark

or starlit space of emptiness

just once

              this once

                           she runs

to quench her firey love

and stand flame-filled

before his blinding orb

and blind him back

with platinum radiance

all her own

together making black

a ring of white

hold tight

only to part

in diamond flash

and gone away

king and queen

ruling ever alone

till the next

celestial dance
