i dreamt our roof collapsed
and all i needed to do
was call the repair company
so that all would be well
but i kept misdialing
again and again and again
like i held in my clumsy hands
the cellphone of Sisyphus
just one correct number
and our home would be ok
but i never could get there
before waking in frustration.
