Well – a while back my brother-in-law made me a 30 foot component video cable and shipped it up – free (thanks Keith!!!). Today the adapter I needed to connect the component video cable to my projector came and so I climbed into the attic and ran the cable from the projector to my receiver…
and…..
We are now a High Definition Household (TM)!!!
There is nothing like DOA4 or Oblivion on the Xbox 360 in sweet 720p HD…sooooo real. It’s also nice to watch DVD’s in HD as well…much sharper, crisper image.
We do not subscribe to any HD channels on television but somehow we’ll manage.
I think I will plan another movie night soon (have not had one in a few months).
You just need to watch CTV – They always talk about how they broadcast virtually all prime time programs in high-def (at least the CTV East and CTV West channels do).
